The date range search is based on the pay date rather than the pay period. Below are some examples of how employees can use the search feature to view their desired pay statements.

A bi-weekly paid employee wants to view the pay statement from the 4/30/10 pay date.- In the "Beginning" field he would enter the start of the pay period which is 4/11/10.
- In the "Ending" field he would enter the pay date, which is 4/30/10.
- Example 2
A monthly paid employee wants to view the pay statement from their 4/23/10 pay date.- In the "Beginning" field she would enter the start of the pay period, which is 4/1/10.
- In the "Ending" field she would enter the pay date, which is 4/23/10.

A monthly paid employee wants to view her last 3 pay statements ending on 4/23/10.- In the "Beginning" field she would enter the start date of the earliest pay period of interest, which would be 2/1/10.

Pension payday is the first of the month, or the prior business day if the first occurs on a Saturday, Sunday or company holiday. If more than one payment occurs in a month, your search may include both pay dates.
