Follow the instructions below to make your payment method elections.
- Select the Main bank option to designate whether you wish to be paid by check or through printed or online direct deposit.
- Everyone must have a main bank.
- The start date will default to the beginning of the next payroll period.
- Check the box in the Declaration acknowledgement to verify your election.
- Click "Submit."
If you make a change to your bank information in this application, use only the buttons at the bottom of the screen to complete the transaction. Do not use the buttons in your browser toolbar.
Payment Method - Check Option
If you choose to be paid by check,
- You may not have any Other banks.
- You may choose a Pay for in-lieu meal option to receive a separate check for all payments you may receive for in-lieu meals earned while working over-time.
Payment Method - Direct Deposit Option
All Pacific Gas and Electric Company and PG&E Corporation employees and pensioners who participate in direct deposit have the option to request an online pay statement rather than a printed one.
To create a direct deposit to your main bank, you ll need to provide bank routing (ABA) and account numbers.
You may designate direct deposits to additional banks.
